Chapter 3 HP NetRAID Config Changing the RAID Level of a Logical Drive To make RAID level changes, refer to the valid RAID level changes listed in Table 3-1 before altering a logical drive. NOTE You cannot change the RAID level of any logical drive that spans arrays (RAID levels 10, 30, or 50). Table 3-1. Follow these steps: 1. Choose Advanced Menu from the HP NetRAID Config Management menu. 2. Select Reconstruct Logical Drive. 3. Select the logical drive to be changed. A Reconstruct window is displayed. 4. Press Enter to see the Reconstruct menu. 5. Select RAID level. 6. Choose the new RAID level. 70
