CAUTION: When separating the display panel assembly from the display back cover, do not apply pressure at the middle bottom portion of the display panel. Applying pressure at this section of the panel can lead to damage to the TouchScreen board. a. Use a case utility tool to separate the display panel assembly (1) from the display back cover. b. Lift the top edge of the display panel assembly (2) and swing it up and forward until it rests at an angle. c. Remove the display panel assembly. The display panel assembly is available using spare part numbers 856019-001 (13.3-in, (1920×1080), FHD, UWVA/IPS, WLED, 16:9 ultra wide aspect ratio, AntiGlare, ultra-slim-bent (2.85mm), TouchScreen, MultiTouch-enabled, eDP)) and 856018-001 (13.3-in, (1366×768), HD, UWVA/ IPS, WLED, 16:9 ultra wide aspect ratio, AntiGlare, ultra-slim-bent (2.85-mm), TouchScreen, MultiTouch-enabled, eDP)). 5. If it is necessary to replace the webcam/microphone module: a. Remove the display panel assembly. b. Detach the webcam/microphone module (1) from the display back cover. (The webcam/ microphone module is secured to the display back cover with double-sided adhesive.) c. Disconnect the webcam/microphone module cable (2) from the webcam/microphone module. If it is necessary to replace the webcam/microphone module:
a.
Remove the display panel assembly.
b.
Detach the webcam/microphone module
(1)
from the display back cover. (The webcam/
microphone module is secured to the display back cover with double-sided adhesive.)
c.
Disconnect the webcam/microphone module cable
(2)
from the webcam/microphone module.
