Locate the Powered Serial Port Expansion Card in the expansion card slot. b. Remove the screw that secures the expansion card to the chassis (1). Hold the card at each end, and carefully rock it back and forth until the connectors pull free from the socket (2). Be sure not to scrape the card against the other components.
