To load an envelope 1. Open the input tray. 2. Press and hold the button on the paper-width guide, and then slide the guides to the edges of the tray. 3. Insert the envelope in portrait orientation and with the side to be printed facing down. Make sure the stack of paper is aligned with the appropriate paper size lines in the tray. Also, make sure the stack of paper does not exceed the stack-height marking in the tray. 4. Adjust the paper-width guides until they touch the edges of the stack of paper. 5. Close the input tray. 6. 1.

2.
Press and hold the button on the paper-width guide, and then slide the guides to the edges of the tray.

Insert the envelope in portrait orientation and with the side to be printed facing down.
Make sure the stack of paper is aligned with the appropriate paper size lines in the tray. Also, make sure
the stack of paper does not exceed the stack-height marking in the tray.
4.
Adjust the paper-width guides until they touch the edges of the stack of paper.
5.
Close the input tray.
6.
Pull out the output tray extender.
