Useful knowledge HINTS 12 It is recommended that, when inputting a computer signal to the main unit to get a grasp of the overall image, the DISPLAY AREA of a 1024 x 768 VESA display at 75Hz be set to FULL with SCAN set to INT. 14 Flicker can occur when a personal computer signal is input.If the vertical frequency is less than 75Hz, it is recommended that the vertical frequency be increased (upper limit: 75Hz). Burn-in (residual image) can occur if the same image is displayed for an extended time. To reduce this possibility, change the display contents at suitable intervals. If special images created on a PC or any other equipment (such as those composed of a checker-flag pattern) are displayed across the screen, the hue may be varied depending on the contrast or brightness setting.
