Reassembly, Precautions on wiring the power supply unit - parts

Page 15 highlights

Reassembly Precautions on reassembly: For reassembly, reverse the disassembling procedures, and be sure to follow the precautions below. 1. Precautions on wiring the power supply unit (1) Be sure to perform wiring as specified in the wiring diagram, and check the colors of wires and the terminals to be connected by soldering in order to ensure correct wiring. (2) When connecting Internal Wire (Red) [30] and Internal Wire (Black) [31] by soldering to Motor DC12V [28], check for the correct polarities of Motor DC12V [28]. Keep in mind that the positive (+) terminal of Motor DC12V [28] is marked in red. (3) When connecting Internal Wire (Red) [30] and Internal Wire (Black) [31] by soldering to terminals of DC-Speed Control Switch [35], check for the correct polarities and directions of soldering (by referring to the motor polarity diagram). (4) When connecting wires between Controller (B) [36] and DC-Speed Control Switch [35], check the colors of wires and directions of soldering to ensure correct wiring. After soldering, protect the soldered parts with insulating tape. x Wiring diagram Machine Screw M3 X 8 [26] Motor Spacer [27] Motor DC 12V [28] Internal Wire (Red) [30] Internal Wire (Black) [31] DC-Speed Control Switch [35] Internal wire (white) from terminal (B-) of control switch Controller (B) [36] -12- Internal wire (red) from terminal (B+) of control switch

Precautions on reassembly:
For reassembly, reverse the disassembling procedures, and be sure to follow
the precautions below.
1. Precautions on wiring the power supply unit
(1) Be sure to perform wiring as specified in the wiring diagram, and check the colors of wires and the
terminals to be connected by soldering in order to ensure correct wiring.
(2) When connecting Internal Wire (Red)
[30]
and Internal Wire (Black)
[31]
by soldering to Motor DC12V
[28]
,
check for the correct polarities of Motor DC12V
[28]
.
Keep in mind that the positive (+) terminal of Motor
DC12V
[28]
is marked in red.
(3) When connecting Internal Wire (Red)
[30]
and Internal Wire (Black)
[31]
by soldering to terminals of
DC-Speed Control Switch
[35]
, check for the correct polarities and directions of soldering (by referring to
the motor polarity diagram).
(4) When connecting wires between Controller (B)
[36]
and DC-Speed Control Switch
[35]
, check the colors
of wires and directions of soldering to ensure correct wiring.
After soldering, protect the soldered parts
with insulating tape.
