Using the Setup Program Power Menu Maintenance Main Advanced Security Power Boot Exit The menu shown in Table 22 is used to set power management features. Table 22. Power Menu Feature ACPI After Power Failure Wake on PCI PME Wake on Modem Ring Options No Options • Stay Off • Last State (default) • Power On • Stay Off (default) • Power-On • Stay Off (default) • Power-On Description When selected, displays the ACPI submenu. Determines the mode of operation if a power loss occurs. Stay Off keeps the power off until the power button is pressed. Last State restores the previous power state before power loss occurred. Power On restores power to the computer. Determines how the system responds to a PCI-PME wake up event. Specifies how the computer responds to a Modem Ring wake up event on an installed modem.
