4 Making copies Copying onto non-standard-sized paper As an example, the following procedure describes how to make copies onto non-standard-sized paper (9-13/16 inch (250 mm) × 7-1/16 inch (180 mm)) loaded into the manual bypass tray or the multi bypass tray. 2 Note When loading non-standard-sized documents and paper, be sure to first measure their sizes. The document scales at the edges of the original glass are useful for measuring documents and paper. 1 Position the document to be copied. - Refer to "Loading the document" on page 3-18. Making copies Chapter 4 2 Adjust the paper guides in the bypass tray, and then load the paper into the tray. - Load the paper so that the side to be printed on faces down. - Load the paper into the manual bypass tray one sheet at a time. 4-42 bizhub 181
