The header page identifies the job and serves as job separator. The header page is printed from the same tray as the first page of the job. Stapling, folding, and multiple copies are not applied to the header page. If possible (i.e. the job is not folded) the header page is output to the same tray as the job. The tray may be a normal input tray or the Post Inserter (PI, available with the FD503, an optional accessory of the copier).
