To make a call from the Address Book (with the flip closed) On Closed 1. Press the Find Name key. 2. Using the keypad, press the first letter of the name you are searching for. For example, the 2 key is equivalent to A, B, or C. If you press the 2 key once, the letter A appears in the Find window. If you press the 2 key twice, the letter B appears. Wait a moment. The cursor moves one position to the right. 3. Press the key for the second letter of the name you are searching for. Enter as many letters as you wish. 4. Press the shuttle in. Your Address Book contacts beginning with these letters appear. Roll the shuttle up or down to scroll through them. 5. When the contact you want to call is highlighted, press the shuttle in. If there are multiple numbers for this person, roll the shuttle up or down to highlight the one you want to call. 6. Press . 7. To end your call, press . Note: If you prefer to look through all of your contacts, you can either select View All from the Contacts menu or simply press and hold down the Find Name key.
