Setting up network connections Your Kyocera smartphone is capable of connecting wirelessly to network services for email and Internet access. To make these connections, your service provider must offer over-the-air digital data coverage in your area. (Data coverage is not the same as voice coverage, but both may be offered by your service provider.) Your service provider may already have installed applications for email or web browsing on your phone. Check with your service provider for details on using these applications. In your phone package, you will find a CD-ROM containing third-party applications for sending email, browsing the Internet, and using web clipping services. Many other applications are available on the Internet. For help with these applications, contact their source. For example, if you need help with Eudora, go to the Eudora web site (www.eudora.com). To install these applications on your phone, open the Kyocera smartphone Desktop software and click the Install button. Then open Network Preferences on the phone and enter the appropriate information from your phone service or Internet service provider.
