Troubleshooting Symptom Checkpoints While the operation panel was being used, the keys locked up and do not respond when pressed. Cannot display a preview. Cannot print with USB memory. Is the operation panel locked? Have you selected high compression PDF for the file format? Was the USB memory formatted with a machine other than this machine? Corrective Actions Check the panel lock setting in COMMAND CENTER and change the setting if necessary. Select a file format other than high compression PDF. Format the USB memory with this machine.
