TWAIN for Mac Setting the scanner Set the scanner to be operated from a TWAIN-compatible application. Double-click [Kyocera Scanners] in [System Preference] to open the scanner dialog. The name, model, and IP address of the scanner can be set. Also, the department management can be set if necessary. For details of the department management, refer to the Oepration Guide for the machine. 3 Edit: Click to change the setting for a scanner. 4 Delete: Click to delete a scanner. 5 Make default: Click to select the scanner to be used when multiple scanners are set. The scanner selected here can be operated from a TWAIN-compatible application. Operating TWAIN for Mac The methods of using a TWAIN-compatible application to capture an image from the scanner are roughly classified into two types.
