Troubleshooting Flow Chart Controller Quick Check Is POWER LED on No DTV Board Blinking ? Yes Is TV No Connected to AC Power ? Yes Plug into AC Power Outlet Bad TV Is Red LED No on TV lit ? Yes 1. Bad PPV Board. 2. Bad DTV Board. Cycle the power by removing and re-connecting the AC power cord. Observe the 'POWER' LED and TV screen as soon as AC power is re-applied. Did DTV Board 'POWER' No Bad LED Turn On TV Momentarily ? Yes Did TV No Turn On Momentarily ? Yes Check to see if TV is in Commercial Mode. See Commercial Mode Check chart. Press 'POWER' or 'ON/OFF' key on TV Did TV Turn No On ? Yes 1. Bad TV Press 'POWER' or 'ON/OFF' or 'VOLUME UP/DOWN' or 'MUTE' key on Remote Did TV No Respond ? Yes 1. Bad TV End PAGE 57
