Note: Voicemail Password - Virgin Mobile strongly recommends that you create a password when setting up your voicemail to protect against unauthorized access. Without a password, anyone who has access to your phone is able to access your voicemail messages. Voicemail Notification There are several ways your phone alerts you to a new voicemail message. ● By displaying a message on the screen. ● By sounding the assigned ringer type. ● By displaying a Voicemail bubble on the screen. Note: Your phone accepts messages even when it is turned off. However, your phone notifies you of new messages only when it is turned on and you are in a Virgin Mobile service area. Retrieve Your Voicemail Messages You can retrieve and review your messages directly from your wireless phone or from any other touch-tone phone. To dial from your wireless phone, either speed dial your voicemail or use the menu keys. Using One-Touch Message Access ■ Touch , then touch and hold . (Your phone will dial your voicemail box.) Using the Menus on Your Phone to Access Your Messages 1. Touch > Main Menu > Messaging . 2. Touch next to the Voicemail menu to listen to your messages.
