SETTINGS & TOOLS 2.3 Calendar Allows you to keep your agenda convenient and easy to access. Simply store your appointments and your phone will alert you with a reminder of your appointments. 1. Swivel the LCD, then press 2 times, , , . [MENU], 2. Use to highlight the scheduled day. 3. Press Left Soft Key [Add]. 4. Enter Subject, then press . 5. Enter your schedule information by highlighting an information field, then pressing Left Soft Key [Set] to view your setting choices for the following: ● Subject ● End Date & Time ● Repeat Until ● Tones ● Start Date & Time ● Repeat ● Reminder Alerts 6. Press [SAVE] after setting all of the Calendar fields as necessary. Managing Your Calendar Events 1. Swivel the LCD, then press 2 times, , , . [MENU], 2. Options from here: ● Press Left Soft Key [Add]. ● Press [VIEW]. ● Right Soft Key [Options] to select: Weekly/ Go To Date/ Search/ Erase Old/ Erase All NOTE Scheduler will not alert you when transmitting SMS, or when connecting up. After exiting, it will sound the reminder. 2.4 Alarm Clock Allows you to set one of 3 alarms. The current time is displayed below the alarm time to be set.
