Choose a paper size and orientation:

From the software application File menu, choose Page Setup.

From the Paper Size area, choose A4 or U.S. Letter.

Choose Portrait or Landscape orientation.

Click OK.

Choose a print quality and paper type:

From the software application File menu, choose Print.

From the pop-up menu in the upper left, choose Paper Type/Quality.

From the Print Quality area, select Normal.
Note:
Higher print quality settings result in better quality documents, but may
