Parallel Port EPP Type The onboard parallel port is EPP Spec. compliant, so after the user chooses the onboard parallel port with the EPP function, the setting "Parallel Port EPP Type" should be set. At this time either EPP1.7 spec or EPP1.9 spec can be chosen. Onboard Legacy Audio The item enables or disables the onboard audio features of the mainboard and the following audio options in the BIOS. Sound Blaster The item turns on/off the Sound Blaster feature of the board. If you want to play the Sound Blaster compatible games, you need to set the field to Enabled. SB I/O Base Address This item specifies the I/O Base Address for the Sound Blaster. SB IRQ Select This item specifies the IRQ for the Sound Blaster. SB DMA Select This item specifies the DMA channel for the Sound Blaster. MPU-401 The field enables or disables the MPU-401 interface (the Yamaha Sound Blaster mode). MPU-401 I/O Address This item selects the base I/O port address for the MPU-401 interface. Game Port (200-207H) This will determine which address the game port will use. 3-20
