The text inbox holds 20 messages. If the text inbox is full, you cannot receive messages until you delete some. The outbox and drafts folder hold 30 messages each. If the outbox and drafts folder memory is full, you cannot send messages or save drafts until you delete some. To view the amount of memory available in your text inbox: Shortcut: From the home screen press under Msgs > M > Text Msg Setup > Mem Mtr-Inbox. To view the amount of memory available in your outbox and drafts folder: Shortcut: From the home screen press under Msgs > M > Text Msg Setup > Mem Mtr-Other. using your handset as a modem You can use your handset as a modem (Packet Data only) with a laptop, handheld device, or desktop computer. Circuit Data is not supported. In order to use your handset as a modem, you must create either a wired or wireless connection between your handset and the other device.
