2. Open the SIM card holder (3). Insert the SIM card into the SIM card holder. Make sure that the SIM card is properly inserted and that the gold-colored contact area on the card is facing downwards. (4). Close the SIM card holder (5). 3. Replace the battery by positioning it, so the gold-colored contacts match up with those on the phone (6) and snap it into place (7). Open the SIM card

card into the SIM card
