• CUSTOMIZE YOUR PHONE BOOK VIEW You can change the way you view names and numbers in the phone book. 1 At the start screen, select Names > Options > Phone book view. 2 Select one of the following options: Name list-Display three names at a time. Name+number-Display one name and its corresponding number. Name only-Display individual names only. To view the corresponding phone number, select Details and scroll up or down. Note: If you select the Name+number phone book view, you will not need to select Details when working with phone book options. • CHECK MEMORY STATUS You can check how much of your phone book memory is free and how much has been used. Names > Options > Phone book view
.

Select one of the following options:
Name list
—Display three names at a time.
Name+number
—Display one name and its corresponding number.
Name only
—Display individual names only. To view the corresponding phone
number, select
Details
and scroll up or down.
Note:
If you select the
Name+number
phone book view, you will not need
to select
Details
when working with phone book options.
• CHECK MEMORY STATUS
You can check how much of your phone book memory is free and how much has
been used.
At the start screen, select
Names > Options > Memory status
.
