Remote control shooting Shooting is possible using the remote control device provided with the camera. This is useful when you want to take a picture of yourself in it, or a night scene, without touching the camera. Shooting is possible using the remote control device provided with the camera.
This is useful when you want to take a picture of yourself in it, or a night scene,

Point the remote control device at the
remote control receiver on the camera.

Press the shutter button on the remote control device.
•
The focus and exposure are locked and the self-timer/remote control lamp
blinks before taking the picture.
•
You can set the time until the picture is taken.
