AEL/AFL mode You can use the AEL/AFL button to perform AF or metering operations instead of using the shutter button. You can use the button in the following ways. • When you want to focus on a subject and then change the composition of the photo. • When you want to set the exposure by metering an area different from where the camera is focused. Select the function of the button to match the operation when the shutter button is pressed. Select [mode1] to [mode4] in each focus mode. (You can only select [mode4] in C-AF mode.)
