Messages Messages such as the following may appear on the LCD monitor during camera operation. Compression error Compression of the image you captured has failed. Change the quality/size and try again. No image/sound There are no images/sounds on the SD Memory Card or in the built-in memory. Messages
Messages such as the following may appear on the LCD monitor during
camera operation.
Compression error
Compression of the image you captured has failed. Change
the quality/size and try again.
No image/sound
There are no images/sounds on the SD Memory Card or in
the built-in memory.
Memory card full
The SD Memory Card or the built-in memory is full and no
more images can be saved.
Insert a new SD Memory Card or delete unwanted images.

Built-in memory full
Image/sound cannot be
created
You can only record up to 5000 files due to the specifications
of the camera, even when using a large volume SD Memory
Card. Delete unwanted files to continue recording.

with the SD Memory Card. You may be able to play back
the images or sounds on a PC.
Card not formatted
The SD Memory Card you have inserted is unformatted or

back on another brand of camera or PC.

The battery is exhausted. Recharge the battery or replace
