When the SIRIUS tuner is used together with this unit, some operations differ slightly from those described in the SIRIUS operation manual. This manual provides information on these points. For all other information on using the SIRIUS tuner, please refer to the SIRIUS operation manual. ! This unit does not have the text scroll function. ! With this unit, you can operate one addi- tional function: SIRIUS channel direct selection. Refer to Selecting a SIRIUS channel directly on page 59. 1 Source icon Shows what the source has been selected. 2 SIRIUS band indicator Shows the SIRIUS band which has been selected. 3 SIRIUS preset number indicator Shows what SIRIUS preset has been selected. 4 SIRIUS channel number indicator Shows to which Sirius channel number the tuner is tuned. 5 SIRIUS channel select mode indicator Shows what channel select mode has been selected. CH-Number is displayed when CH-Number mode is selected, or Category is displayed when Category mode is selected. 6 SIRIUS channel name Shows the channel name of broadcast channel. 1 Touch the source icon and then touch SIRIUS to select SIRIUS. 2 Touch the screen to display the touch panel keys. 3 Touch BAND to select a band. Touch BAND repeatedly until the desired SIRIUS band is displayed, SIRIUS1, SIRIUS2 or SIRIUS3. 4 Touch c or d to select a desired channel. The channels move up or down step by step. Channels that cannot currently be selected are skipped, and the next channel is selected. # If you touch and hold c or d, you can increase or decrease the channel number continuously. # You can also select a channel by pressing c or d button. # You can also select a channel by specifying a desired channel category. (Refer to Selecting the channel in the channel category on the next page.) Notes ! If you do not use the touch panel keys for 8 seconds, they will be hidden automatically. En 57
