Note:
Perform steps 5-1 and 5-2 on one side and then repeat

Put one Wave Washer on the Arm Pivot Rod (22) on the
right side (Figure 5a).

Install the Right Swing Arm on the Arm Pivot Rod with
one M8 Wide Flat Washer, M8 Spring Lock Washer
and M8 x 20 Hex Head Bolt (Figure 5a).

Tighten the hardware on the Swing Arms. Install the Round
Covers (Figure 5a).
