Note:
This step requires two people.

Put the end of the Handlebar into the top of the Swing Arm
(Figure 5b).
Make sure that the bolt holes are aligned.

Install four M8 x 20 Button Head Bolts, M8 Spring Lock
Washers and M8 Flat Washers (Figure 5b). Tighten the
hardware.

Repeat Steps 5-4 and 5-5 on the opposite side.
