Troubleshooting ❑ If VisualFlow is active and the image files in Memory Stick are not displayed, the format type of the Memory Stick can be different. ❑ Copy the data from the Memory Stick onto the hard drive and format the Memory Stick using Memory Stick Formatter software preinstalled on this notebook. Memory Stick does not work. I cannot access the S: drive ❑ If you cannot find the icon for "Removable Disk (S:)" in "My Computer" on the Desktop, take the following steps. 1 Double-click the System icon in the Control Panel and Device Manager appears. If you cannot find the icon, click "Display all the options of Control Panel." 2 Click Refresh. 111
