GENERAL INFORMATION 41 Right Side Cover Installation Insert the ignition key into the lock, and turn the ignition key clockwise. Align the top edge of the right side cover so that it is parallel to the frame tube that is directly above the right aside cover. Engage the two front projection into the two grommets in the right side cover and slide the cover rearward. Keep the ignition key turned fully clockwise and push in the rear section of right side cover to engage the projection and grommet. Turn the ignition key counterclockwise to lock the right side cover in place and remove the ignition key. Left Side Cover Removal Remove the right side cover, rider's and passenger's seat. Remove the screw. Pull the left side cover outward. • • • A. Screw B. Left Side Cover żPull the front of the right side cover and make sure that the front of the right side cover is not out of place. NOTE żSide cover installation is performed in the reverse order of removal. NOTE

Right Side Cover Installation -
•
Insert the ignition key into the lock,
and turn the ignition key clockwise.
•
Align the top edge of the right side
cover so that it is parallel to the frame
tube that is directly above the right
aside cover.
•
Engage the two front projection into
the two grommets in the right side
cover and slide the cover rearward.
•
Keep the ignition key turned fully
clockwise and push in the rear sec-
tion of right side cover to engage the
projection and grommet.
•
Turn the ignition key counterclock-
wise to lock the right side cover in
place and remove the ignition key.
NOTE
ż
Pull the front of the right side cover
and make sure that the front of the
right side cover is not out of place.
Left Side Cover Removal -
•
Remove the right side cover, rider’s
and passenger’s seat.
•
Remove the screw.
•
Pull the left side cover outward.
