46 GENERAL INFORMATION WARNING The sudden detachment or loss of a saddlebag could distract or alarm the motorcycle rider, and the consequent loss of attention to road and traffic conditions could cause loss of control and a serious accident. Also the sudden change of vehicle balance resulting from the loss of a saddlebag could cause loss of control and a serious accident. A dislodged saddlebag could physically obstruct the motorcycle's path, or interfere in the path of a following motorcycle or other vehicle. This could cause a loss of control by one of the motorcycle riders or another vehicle driver with a consequent accident. Be sure the saddlebags are securely fastened to the motorcycle before each ride. WARNING Riding with an open saddlebag lid could allow clothing other objects to fall into the rear wheel, resulting in rear wheel lockup and loss of control. Keep both saddlebag covers securely locked when riding.

sudden change of vehicle balance resulting from the loss of a saddlebag
could cause loss of control and a serious accident. A dislodged saddle-
bag could physically obstruct the motorcycle’s path, or interfere in the
path of a following motorcycle or other vehicle. This could cause a loss
of control by one of the motorcycle riders or another vehicle driver with
a consequent accident. Be sure the saddlebags are securely fastened to
the motorcycle before each ride.
WARNING
