Fill the engine up to the upper level
line with a good quality engine oil
specified in the table.
Start the engine.
Check the oil level and for oil leak-
age.
Tightening Torque
Engine Drain Plugs:
Left Side: 20 N·m (2.0 kgf·m, 15 ft·lb)
Right Side: 15 N·m (1.5 kgf·m, 11 ft·lb)
Clutch Cover:
21 N·m (2.1 kgf·m, 15 ft·lb)
Cartridge:
17.5 N·m (1.8 kgf·m, 13 ft·lb)
Recommended Engine Oil
Type: API SG, SH, SJ, SL or SM
with JASO MA, MA1 or MA2
Viscosity: SAE 10W-40
