NOTE l qLocking, Unlocking with DoorLock Knob To lock any door from the inside, push the door-lock knob. To unlock, pull it out. This does not operate the other door locks. l Lockout prevention keeps you from locking the driver's door with the key in the ignition switch. If you try to lock the driver's door when the key is in the ignition switch and any door is open, the door lock immediately unlocks. When locking the doors this way, be careful not to leave the key inside the vehicle. qPower Door Locks Vehicle lock-out prevention The vehicle lock-out prevention feature prevents you from locking yourself out of the vehicle. With the key in the ignition switch, all doors and the hatch/liftgate will automatically unlock if they are locked using the power door locks with any door open. Locking, unlocking with key All doors and the hatch/liftgate lock automatically when the driver's door is locked with the key. All doors and the hatch/liftgate unlock when the driver's door is unlocked and the key is held in the unlock position for one second or longer. Lock Unlock To lock any door with the door-lock knob from the outside, push the door-lock knob to the lock position and close the door. This does not operate the other door locks.
