Controls in detail Seats X X Make sure the head restraints engage fully. Press release button 1 and adjust head restraint to desired position. X X Multicontour seat The multicontour seat has a movable seat cushion and inflatable air cushions built into the seat backrest to provide additional lumbar and side support. Switch on the ignition. Seat cushion depth: Adjust the seat cushion depth to the length of your upper leg using switch 4. X Seat backrest contour: Adjust the contour of the seat backrest to the desired position using + or -. X Move the seat backrest support cushion to the bottom with button 3 or to the center with button 2. X Seat backrest side bolsters: Adjust the side bolsters so that they provide good lateral support using switch 1. Seat ventilation 1 Seat ventilation switch i If, after a period of time, the seat no longer provides the desired contour, then repeat the adjustment procedure. The blue indicator lamps in the switch come on to show which ventilation level you have selected. i The seat ventilation for the driver's seat can be activated using summer opening feature (Y page 122). X X 1 Seat backrest side bolster 2 Seat backrest center 3 Seat backrest bottom 4 Seat cushion depth Switch on the ignition. Switching on: Press switch 1. Three blue indicator lamps in the switch come on. X Press switch 1 repeatedly until the desired ventilation level is set. X Switching off: Press switch 1 repeatedly until all indicator lamps go out.
