18 Chapter 1 Introduction Handling the infrared remote control • Do not subject to a strong shock. • Do not allow water or other liquid to splash on the infrared remote control. If the infrared remote control gets wet, wipe it dry immediately. • Avoid exposure to heat and steam. • Other than to install the batteries, do not open the infrared remote control. Installing and removing the infrared remote control batteries The infrared remote control is powered by two 1.5 V AAA batteries. How to install the batteries 1 Unlock and pull up the cover. 2 Align the batteries according to the (+) and (-) indications inside the case. 3 Replace the cover.

How to install the batteries

Align the batteries according to the (+) and (-) indications inside the case.

Replace the cover.
