Arlo Essential Series Wire-Free Camera night rather than in traditional black and white. You can turn the spotlight on and off and you can adjust the spotlight behavior and brightness. Note: You can manually turn the spotlight on and off at any time from the camera feed by tapping Spotlight . You can also use the Low Light settings to control whether the spotlight comes on automatically when your camera detects motion at night. For information about Low Light settings, see Change the Low Light settings for an Essential Spotlight Camera on page 46. Use a rule to activate the camera's siren 1. Open the Arlo app. 2. Tap Mode. 3. Tap the camera or your optional Arlo SmartHub or base station, if you use one. A list of modes displays. 4. Tap Edit next to the mode. 5. Tap Edit next to the rule. 6. Under Then do the following, tap Activate Siren and then tap Edit . The Siren Settings page displays. 7. Specify the Siren Duration and the Siren Loudness. Add a rule with an optional base station siren trigger If you pair your camera to an optional Arlo Base Station with Siren VMB4000 or VMB4500 (sold separately), you can create a rule to trigger the base station siren. A list of modes displays.

next to the mode.

Tap

next to the rule.

Under Then do the following, tap
Activate Siren
and then tap
Edit
.
The Siren Settings page displays.
7.
