Until the account is enabled, it is not available for use and cannot access the vault. 10 Click OK. More than one role can be assigned to a user account. The permissions are a union of the assigned roles. NOTE The Content Center Administrator, and Content Center Editor, roles are specific to Content Center. Do not alter them. In the Administration dialog box, click Users.

To assign roles to a user for the first time, click New User.
