Memo ● The direction for feeding the bobbin thread is indicated by marks on the needle plate cover. Be sure to thread the machine as indicated. Upper threading Set the upper thread and thread the needle. • For details on the needle threader, see page 14. 1 Replace the bobbin cover. d Memo ● You can begin sewing immediately without drawing up the bobbin thread. Otherwise, the thread could tangle and break the needle.
