Step 2 Installing the Driver For Parallel Interface Cable Users Connecting the Printer to Your PC and Installing the Driver 1 Turn off the printer power switch. 4 Insert the CD-ROM for Windows into your CD-ROM drive. The opening screen will appear automatically. Follow the instructions on the screen. 2 Connect the parallel interface cable to your PC, and then connect it to your printer. 5 Click Install Software on the Menu screen. 3 Turn on the printer power switch. 6 Depending on the paper size you plan on using, select Standard Driver - default A4 (Recommended) or Standard Driver default Letter (Recommended).
