If a folder is created, files in the folder cannot be accessed. • The capacity of the mass storage area is 2.5 MB. Files larger than 2 MB may not work correctly. • If multiple files are copied, the order that the commands will be executed cannot be guaranteed. • Wired LAN, Bluetooth (QL-820NWB only) and Wi-Fi are not available while the Label Printer is running in mass storage mode. • Do not access other files in the mass storage area when executing a copied file. Using the Mass Storage Mode

Confirm that the Label Printer is turned off.
