PROJECTING AN IMAGE FROM AV EQUIPMENT Connecting to AUDIO IN Terminals (SX7/X700) Connect an audio cable to the AUDIO IN terminal corresponding to the input image signal if you want to use the projector's speaker. Audio cable AV equipment AUDIO OUT terminal (RCA terminal) (Stereo mini jack) Commercial audio cable You can input an audio signal corresponding to 3 image input systems. Connect to the AUDIO IN terminal corresponding to the type of the input image signal. (RCA/Stereo mini jack) (Stereo mini jack) for DEGITAL IN/ANALOG IN-1 for ANALOG IN-2 for VIDEO IN/S-VIDEO IN Audio input terminal (AUDIO IN) Projector SX7/X700 z The speaker outputs the audio signal corresponding to the selected image signal. z Use an audio cable without a built-in resistor. Using an audio cable with a built-in resistor turns down the sound. z Connect the audio cable between the AUDIO OUT terminal and an external audio-visual equipment if you want to output the audio signal to the audio-visual equipment (P66). z The built-in speaker is monaural. 65

Connecting to AUDIO IN Terminals (SX7/X700)
Connect an audio cable to the AUDIO IN terminal corresponding to the input image signal
if you want to use the projector’s speaker.
The speaker outputs the audio signal corresponding to the selected image signal.
Use an audio cable without a built-in resistor. Using an audio cable with a built-in resistor
turns down the sound.
Connect the audio cable between the AUDIO OUT terminal and an external audio-visual
equipment if you want to output the audio signal to the audio-visual equipment (P66).
The built-in speaker is monaural.
