10. Place the lamp protection film supplied with the new lamp on the lamp compartment. 2 11. As shown in the figure, replace the lamp cover on the projector. 1 12. Tighten the screws that secure the lamp cover. • Loose screw may cause a bad connection, which could result in malfunction. • Do not over tighten the screws. 13. Restart the projector. Do not turn the power on with the lamp cover removed. Resetting the lamp timer 14. After the startup logo, open the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu. Go to the SYSTEM SETUP: Advanced > Lamp Settings menu. Press OK/IMAGE. The Lamp Settings page is displayed. Press to highlight Reset lamp timer and press OK/IMAGE. A warning message is displayed asking if you want to reset the lamp timer. Highlight Reset and press OK/IMAGE. The lamp time will be reset to '0'. Notice Reset Lamp Time ? Reset Cancel Do not reset if the lamp is not new or replaced as this could cause damage. 64

Restart the projector.
Do not turn the power on with the lamp cover removed.
Resetting the lamp timer

Lamp Settings
page is displayed. Press

and press
