To assign index criteria to a document: 1. In the Desktop Manager, select the document to which you want to assign index criteria. 2. Click Manual Index on the Tools menu or toolbar. 3. In the Manual Indexing dialog box, assign the creator, owner, or keyword to your document based on the instructions in the following sections. 4. Click Submit to save your index assignments. To assign index criteria to a document:

to save your index assignments.
