Deleting an Address Book Entry, Printing the Address Book

Deleting an Address Book Entry When an entry in your Address Book is no longer needed, you can delete it in order to keep your entries up to date. To delete an entry, select the name in the Address Book. Then click Delete, or press the Delete key. If prompted, confirm that you want to delete the entry. Printing the Address Book If you want a hard copy of the Address Book, you can print it. 1. With the Address Book open, click Print. 2. In the Print dialog box, specify your print options and click OK. This report provides you with a hard copy of your Address Book information. Importing the Address Book You may have an existing address book, created by another application, containing the entries you want to use for the Address Book in the Desktop Manager.
