Resetting the Ink Counter Routine Maintenance When an ink tank is replaced, the ink counter must be reset. The low ink warning is only displayed properly if the ink counter is reset. ¬ How Low Ink Warning Setting Works s Ink Counter Reset When the front cover has been open for a certain period, a confirmation message of ink tank replacement is displayed before the next print job. Windows 1 Check the message, and click Yes. Note 2 Select the replaced ink tank, and click OK. ® When both black and colour ink tanks have been replaced, select both Black and Colour. Resetting the Ink Counter
When an ink tank is replaced, the ink counter must be reset. The low ink warning is only
displayed properly if the ink counter is reset.
