Note The Pan/Tilt and Zoom control buttons cannot be used when the camera's [Settings Page] > [Security] > [SSL/TLS] > [HTTPS Connection Policy] is set to use [HTTPS] or [HTTP and HTTPS], and an HTTPS connection is established.
