Troubleshooting Cannot connect to camera ● Check to make sure the user name and password are correct. ● Check to make sure upper-case letters have not been used in place of lowercase letters. ● Restart the web browser and connect again. ● When the browser authentication screen appears, select [Cancel], and then connect to the camera again. ● Reboot the device and connect.
