System Manager Settings Department ID Management By storing a Department ID and password for each department, you can set the machine so that its functions can be used only after the correct password has been entered. This is called Department ID Management. Department IDs and passwords for up to 100 departments can be stored. This function enables you to check the print totals for each department, for management purposes. You can also limit the number of pages that can be printed (Copy Limit) and sent (TX Limit) for each department. With Department ID Management, the following operations can be performed: Selecting whether to use Department ID Management Storing the Department ID and the password 5 Setting the Impression and Transmission Limit for each department NOTE The maximum number of digits you can store for the Department ID and password is seven. If you store either with less than seven digits, the machine stores them with leading zeros, as follows: - Example: If is entered, then is stored. The default setting is '01 OFF'.
