Guides printed documents as they are ejected. Open this guide when loading a roll. Slide the Roll Holder into this slot. Load the roll on this holder. Prevents printed documents from winding around the Roll Holder or being drawn into the Paper Feed Slot. A cloth tray that catches ejected documents. When loading a roll, insert the edge of the roll paper here. Secure rolls on the Roll Holder with this part. Open this cover to replace an Ink Tank. Use this panel to operate the printer and check the printer status. Releases the Paper Retainer. Lift this lever toward the front of the printer when loading paper. Absorbs ink used for maintenance purposes such as head cleaning. (Replace the cartridge when it is full.) When carrying the printer, have six people hold it by these handles under both sides. Open this cover to replace the Maintenance Cartridge. A stand that holds the printer. Equipped with casters to facilitate moving it. The left leg of the Stand. The right leg of the Stand. Supports Stand L and Stand R. Attach the optional Media Take-up Unit to this part. Covers for Stand L and Stand R. Locks the Stand casters. Always release the Stopper before moving the printer. Moving the printer while the Stopper is locked may scratch the casters or the floor. 9
