Now printing without saving data 1104 Mail box nearly full...1105 Maximum jobs stored...1105 Mail box full. Delete unwanted data ...1105 Hard disk error. Cause The format of the printer's hard disk is invalid. Corrective Action Press the OK button to start reformatting the hard disk. When formatting is finished, data on the printer hard disk is erased and the printer automatically restarts. File read error. Cause Files on the printer's hard disk have become corrupted. Corrective Action Restart the printer. Only the corrupted files will be deleted, and the printer will restart. The mail box is full. Cause Corrective Action There is no more space on the printer's Press the Stop button and stop printing. hard disk. Delete print jobs from the queue. 13 (See "Managing the Job Queue (Deleting or Preempting Other Jobs).") →P.719 Delete unneeded jobs stored in personal boxes (box numbers in the range 01-29). (See "Deleting Saved Jobs.") →P.731 1104 Mail box full. Now printing without saving data. Cause No more space is available on the printer's hard disk, so jobs are now printed without saving them. data on the printer hard disk is erased and the printer automatically restarts.

Restart the printer. Only the corrupted files will be deleted, and the printer

will restart.

The mail box is full.

There is no more space on the printer's

hard disk.
