Section 3: Configuration Settings Network Settings LAN Settings Use this section to configure the network connections for your camera. All relevant information must be entered accurately. Please note that PPPoE must be disabled to make any changes on this page; refer to "PPPoE" on page 34 for more details. Click Save at any time to save the changes. DHCP Select this if you have a DHCP server running on your network and would like your camera to obtain an IP address automatically. If you choose DHCP, you do not need to fill out the IP address settings. IP Address Enter a static IP address in this field. Subnet Mask This number is used to determine if the destination is in the same subnet. The default is 255.255.255.0.
